Zero Tolerance Harassment

Massage is strictly non-sexual, and Anastasia Wilkins, LMT has a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to solicitations for extras, suggestive comments, or inappropriate touch. Should you choose to engage in such behavior, the session will be immediately terminated/cancelled, you will be charged in full for your appointment, and you will be banned from booking further appointments. Authorities will be contacted for severe offenses and solicitation for prostitution.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prevent other clients from booking and will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. Any no-call/no-show will result in a fee equal to 100% of reserved services. Any appointments cancelled within 3 hours of your scheduled session will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session price. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
